People saying the staff are friendly ha every encounter I had with a staff member gave me attitude. My loved one fell A week ago, and they didn’t tell me about it, hospice told me. I’ve seen roaches on the walls. Your shoes stick to floor. Staffing like a revolving door, and never enough people on staff. Make you wait to get to the door to let you in, then make you wait to leave. Please don’t send your loved one here if you can help it. Unfortunately the VA sent my loved one there and we’re fighting like heck to get them out! This place is terrible!

I would like to leave here, but have no where else to go. The only problem I have is they are understaffed for sure. Most of the food is ok, just need more season on it. I have one or 2 of the sides I have a problem with, but mainly really get along with. But hide your possessions or they will grow feet and walk away like mine did.

Staff is great!! The facility could use a couple more full time housekeepers to keep up cleanliness of rooms.

Rose City is a very unique place due to its residents and staff from all walks of life. I can personally attest to the dedication and hard work the staff put in to ensure every resident’s health, safety, and happiness. There have been many positive changes in the past year or so and I am so happy to be a part of that. I am certain that even more good things are coming. Your loved ones will truly be treated as family.

I have been visiting a permanent resident at Rose City Nursing and Rehab for the last 7 years, on average once a year , and in the last 2, twice a year. I have noticed a marked, welcomed improvement since about the Spring of 2023. * The staff are friendly and nice to the patients/residents * The staff are more efficient and really seem to care * The halls are cleaner and the smell is gone * More parking available for a visitor from out of state, like myself. I am extremely grateful for the new management. I have written to the new Head Administrator expressing my appreciation for her dedication and determination to make the necessary changes in this facility. It has been a long time coming, but she has accomplished a great deal in just about one year! My lifetime friend is fortunate to
