Rose City Pharmacy

I live in Dallas and still get my medications shipped from this pharmacy in Tyler because the service is that good. In a world where customer service is rare, you truly get it here. Sonny has always taken great care of me, and the rest of the pharmacy staff is just as friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Everything arrives quickly, and they make the whole process simple and personal. Highly recommend — they’ve earned my trust.

These guys were awesome! My prescription was sent thru UPS l, when I received it, it was ripped open and over half my medicine was gone. I reach out to them and they were ON IT IMMEDIATELY! So kind and understanding, got my new prescription in 2 days!!

I can't stand when I get emails and they're inaccurate. I was told my doctors office that I have to use Rose City Pharmacy and that they can ship my medication and have it to me in 2-3 days. Thursday I called and they said it had been shipped, I even received an email stating this. When I checked the tracking number however, it showed that it was still awaiting pickup. Why email me and say that the package is on the way, when it was just the label being created? Now my arrival time has changed from Monday, to Thursday. This is so unacceptable and so incredibly frustrating. I won't be using them again, even if it means I have to switch my doctor. I do not recommened them.
