Dr. Rose & her receptionist were really sweet and everything was very straight forward. She took the time to explain my results and gave me my discharge paperwork in physical and virtual copies which I appreciated. In and out but not rushed. I'd recommend Dr. Rose for audiology!!

Rather than dwell on the differences of the prior provider, let me state that the quality of a practice comes down to one thing -- the professionalism and commitment of the individual providing the service -- in this case Rose Bookbinder. What a pleasant surprise. I had a hearing aid that was not working. Rose fit me in right away -- same day and literally within a short while. She fixed the issue right away and inquired into my satisfaction with the Phonak hearing aids. I shared some tweaking was needed. That led to a couple of tests and refinement of the hearing aid. Unfortunately I cannot recommend. While we received excellent service from two different providers for multiple family member needs, the customer service of the billing department was beyond acceptable. We were harassed, slandered and threatened over the course of several months. I wasted countless hours on the phone with insurance trying to resolve the issue. In the end I was repeatedly told that the billing department needed to do their job and I could not resolve it. When this was relayed I was brushed off. It was not until the insurance company itself received the same treatment and suggested I file a formal complaint that it all magically was taken care of which should have been the case from the start. Excellent Service. I have been going to Family Hearing Service since lasy year when I got my hearing aids fitted. Dr. Khatri and the assocites are professionals and know what they are doing. After my first visit to get my hearing aids, I went several times to get them adjusted. Throughout my visits, Dr. Khatri listened my concerns and adjusted the aids to get the best performance.
