Rosauers Pharmacy - 5 Mile

I've just about used every pharmacy in Spokane over the last 20 yrs. Rosauers is leaps and bounds better, their customer service goes above and beyond. I love all the people who work there. It's thee best Pharmacy.

I have had problems with big pharmacies like Walgreens and Rite-Aid. They constantly ran out of my medications and wouldn't notify me or check availability at their other locations. They were rude and acted like they were annoyed with me for calling about my prescription status...on a regular basis this would happen to me. Since switching to Rosauers pharmacy, I have had nothing but good experiences! The staff is super helpful and friendly. I've called over the phone and been helped a couple times by Chris, he is so nice and has great customer service. It is worth the 15 minute drive (Walgreens is 4 minutes away from me) to get amazing service.

July 4th around 6pm Had to return a food item, didn't have my receipt or my debit card because I thought I had accidentally left it in the self check out. The gentleman in customer service politely refunded my money and then got a manager and they took the time to check the cameras and saw that I had put my card in my back pocket. I was so appreciative, that they took the time to do that as I had no idea it was in my back pocket. Wish I knew there names because it's employees like those to guys that make a great business. .

Our family has shopped at this store since 1976! This place continues to deeply impress me! Any time I am in Spokane I hit rosauers to stock up on items I can only get here! Over the years the appearance might change but the heart never does!

Have shopped at this store for 15 years. Store employees have always been very helpful and friendly. A very well managed and clean store!
