Very inconvenient. The front desk girls are unprofessional. I went for an exam and was not finalized a prescription. I am very busy and cannot be taking time off to go back to get my prescription finalized. I was suppose to wear contacts for a week and see how I feel. I called and told them they worked good and were comfortable that I didn’t feel any discomfort. The front desk manager said she can fax or I can pick up in person. She cannot email. It’s 2018. How do you not have a secure server email to be able to email a prescription to the email address I provided when I filled out the paperwork for my exam. Ridiculous. I am never coming here again and will be sure to tell everyone about my awful experience and difficulty I’ve had with this place. #1 rule for customer service.... be e

I would give them 0 stars if there was an option. They never have my trial lenses on hand, the secretary is mediocre at best, yes I’m talking to you Cynthia. Last time I will ever go back. Target here I come,, oh and my trial lenses came torn brand new

Been going here for years love how quick they are. And the Eye Doctor answers all questions relating to contacts/glasses. If I go with an appointment I'm done in around 20 to 30 mins.

I CALLED TO MAKE A APPOINTMENT!And the girl that answer is rude as hell I hung on her!Never again!I called another Walmart lady very professional!I won't never call here every again Get some new workers that lady clearly was mad or having bad day FYI leave ur personal problems at home!!!!
