Rosa Pharmacy

I have been using my original Pharmacy for 8 years.This pharmacy offer a free delivery and no copay ever charge me for cough liquor or any medicine as well. Today I advice my primary doctor fax a prescription cough liquor to Rosa pharmacy because I was near Rosa pharmacy.Once I got there ,a teller she ask me to pay $30 for co-payment.I was shock ,I have Medicare and medical,why I need to pay that much,I refused.I call back my primary doctor fax my prescription to my original pharmacy,It just delivery to my home without charge me any co-payment. If we use our regular pharmacy ,do not switch to another pharmacy. Or much ask new pharmacy teller see how much copay,acceptable or not.Otherwise spend our extra time and pharmacy clerk valuable time too.

This pharmacy improperly process our prescriptions copay by telling us the medicines are not covered making us think the drugs are non-generic and cost more so we paid. Today I called my insurance only to find out Rosa Pharmacy used old information and did not properly process my insurance. Even with new card information, they still said insurance declined. I had to get the insurance agent to call the pharmacy to fix the issue. Then the pharmacy refund the difference. Had i accepted the original claim that it was not covered, it would have gone unnoticed. We will never to go to this place again. They also charged me full price for the medicines 3 months ago and refused to refund the difference.

Do not list this place as an Urgent Care facility.....it is NOT!!!
