Dr. Laos is a great provider ! She goes above and beyond to help the kiddos and families. My family has come to pediatrics associations from long generation- first with Dr Silva and now Dr Laos . The doctors and nurses are very good. But the wait is very long and it shouldn't. I had an appointment with my son at 3:00, we arrived at 2:20 and at 4:00 they still hadn't attended to us. It's frustrating, they should change that.

My husband brought our daughter here for the first time for her 10 year annual checkup as we just moved to Jacksonville. Both my husband and daughter raved about Dr. Hidalgo-Laos and her high level of care that she provided.

She is the best Pediatrician ! I love her! She’s a very nice person and has a lot of patience with the kids and parents. She explains everything very well.

Voy hacer muy breve ! Yo no recomendaría a la doctora no por que no sepa o no este preparada! Realmente es profesional . PERO siempre está muy ocupada sus citas son muy largas y ya que se acerca la cita o esta a 1 hora o 30 min . Llaman para cancelar y te la extienden más tiempo . Eso para mi es preocupante y desagradable ya que si estoy esperando más de 1 mes para verla es por que ella lleva el seguimiento de mis hijos y quiero consultar con ella preguntas sobre su salud y referidos a especialistas ! No me gusta la forma en la que manejan las citas y las personas encargadas para ello . Necesitan ser más profesionales y tratar de brindar el mejor servicio posible para tratar a los pacientes . Tendré que cambiar de doctor por que no puedo esperar más tiempo para poder obtener una cita con e
