Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Pain Management

My appointment was at 1300, they wanted me there at 1230. They didn’t call me to the back until after 1400. I heard them tell their new employee “if the patient shows up more than 15 minutes late, they need to reschedule.” What about when your doctors are late? Your patients do not get paid when they take time off work. This was supposed to be a 30 minute appointment not nearly 3 hours by the time I got out of there! Please show your patients the same respect you expect them to give you. We all have jobs to do and schedules to stick to.

April (Jaqueline) Wright was truly excellent. She was so thorough and detailed. She explained what was happening with my spine and my pain clearly and calmly. I left knowing what to do and that I could get her help from her going forward.

I was quickly checked in, brought to the waiting room .a nurse soon came and led Me to an exam room where My vitals were taken. All staff were professional and pleasant..my surgeon Dr Sullivan explained the procedure in detail and before I knew it was all over! A short time spent in recovery ,I was on my way! My heartfelt thanks to all involved!

I had a great experience from the staff at the surgical center, who are just great and Dr. Sullivan’s expertise! At this point my back pain is gone and that’s the best outcome I could have.

Was a very nice experience. Everyone was professional kind and made me feel at ease.
