Kimberly was so helpful! She provided a direct line so that she could help me through the insurance/reimbursement process. She was quick to respond when I left a message, too. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

I had a pretty significant billing issue with Roper Radiologists, and I was not looking forward to dealing with all the anticipated phone calls, emails, etc. However, when I called the first time and talked to Kimberly, she handled every issue with the billing during that first call! I was beyond happy knowing everything was taken care of, and I wouldn't have to make numerous phone calls and send countless emails. Kimberly rocks!!!!

I recently had a difficult billing situation with Roper , Kimberly with the Roper Radiologists returned my call to listen to my insurance claim denial. She was able to assist me with getting me to the right department at Roper to resolve my issue. Kimberly went beyond her responsibilities to make sure I was given great customer service. 5 star rating!!!

If I could give ten stars I would! Kimberly was top notch in handling a recent issue that was not her fault. She went above and beyond to help get the issue resolved, even calling after hours to make sure everything was handled. Her compassion and understanding for people going through a difficult time is truly appreciated! Roper Radiologist, she's a keeper, for sure!
