Our whole family loved meeting Dr. Lon! My children, like many, are nervous about doctors' offices and doctors in general. RootMD's office is such a warm, inviting and clean space so everyone immediately felt comfortable upon arrival. We appreciated how Dr. Lon took his time asking questions and listening to responses. He was very thorough in his examination, feedback and suggestions. We are so grateful to have someone we trust so close to home!

I have been searching for a pediatrician who will hear my concerns regarding my child for 10 years. Well, my search has brought me to the door of Dr. Lon's practice. Our first in person visit was 2.5 hour long. I had to bring him up to par with entire health history and he never for a moment made me feel like I was over the top ( which I am pretty sure I was). He carefully put all the pieces of this rather complicated puzzle of "vague symptoms" together and was able to give me an answer I have been looking for for a decade. And he simply did it because he chose to listen to the mother's concern. He presented us with treatment plan which was a perfect reflection of functional approach. Dr. Lon is amazing! I have a multitude of different chronic conditions and I was seeing all these different providers. Dr. Lon is compassionate and he spends so much time with you. He is a partner in your journey. He will give you options. He integrates medication, supplements, and natural food. He will work with what is comfortable for you. I like that I can bring ideas and we can talk about them. He has the medical expertise but is open to new ideas. He will tell you the options and whether or not something would work or not. It's also a relief to have one doctor that is willing to tackle all my issues instead of three different doctors that don't talk to each other. My husband and I love RootMD! We both see Dr. Lon, and I recommend him to anyone who will listen. Dr. Lon takes his time and really listens at your appointment, I don’t know any other doctor who 1) actually sees you at your appt time and 2) spends so much time with you. He’s so knowledgeable and even offers links to research and websites regarding what you talked about. The office is cozy, clean and inviting and his staff is also so nice & helpful! I used to dread/avoid PCP appointments and now I look forward to them !!

Dr. Lon is highly knowledgeable in natural approaches and also on the western medicine approach to health. He takes his time to get to know you as a patient and your needs/wants. He is very personable and friendly doctor. I highly recommend him for health!
