Never had PT work before, was a little nervous going into it but everyone (Alex, Elizabeth and Abigail) were all so friendly, professional and knowledgeable that it immediately put me at ease. Absolutely incredible experience with this lovely group. Abigail worked so diligently with me to get me in for care after surgery and helped me navigate insurance, making sure I was covered. Everyone’s positive and open attitude made me feel comfortable right away at my first session. Dr. Alex and Nikki’s holistic approach with a focus on education/client autonomy and engagement has been wonderful. Not only are they knowledgeable, effective, gentle, and welcoming, they helped me feel empowered in my recovery.

I serendipitously found a flyer for Root and Branch at a local running store and easily booked my initial appointment online. At the time, I had chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, elbow, and knee and thought I'd need a separate PT for each of the issues. Not the case, Alex was able to address the complete list of ailments and finally able to resolve my severe neck pain that another PT was unable to comprehensively address. What I liked best, is the personalized attention and approach during the appointments.
