This pharmacy is a hidden gem and a true treasure in Downtown Flushing. It amply deserves a FIVE STAR rating! My regular pharmacy could not fill a prescription, so I went searching for another drugstore. That’s how I discovered Roosevelt Rx - - conveniently located only one block from Main Street and Roosevelt Avenue, the center or nucleus of Downtown Flushing. The employees at the counter, Rachel and Mango, were efficient, very knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and friendly. The employees speak English fluently, in addition to Mandarin. This pharmacy also delivers prescriptions. When you enter, you first have to pass other vendors until you reach the Pharmacy. So be sure not to be deterred by what appears to be a wrong address. Best pharmacy you’ll ever find. Genuine, patient, kind, caring, and they even go above & beyond. They’re able to communicate in both Chinese and English; fret not. Always educating the mass. So don’t be afraid to ask questions if you’re unsure of something. They were even wonderful enough to offer to drop off my medicine for my Family and I because we were very unwell. I’ve been a long time patron of theirs since they opened and will forever have my Family prescriptions sent here as well as my own. *Roosevelt RX Pharmacy* and their staff are the epitome of what the “Oath of a Pharmacist” is about and upholds the oath to the T.

Kay is easily the most professional and genuine pharmacist on the block. I have been to all of the other pharmacies on Roosevelt Ave simply for convenience but I am so glad I made the switch to Roosevelt RX!! Thank you for delivering us our medications in spite of the heavy rain. Your work is truly appreciated and your kindness does not go unnoticed!!

Switched from the horrible Bio pharmacy across the street and it's a WORLD of difference -- Kay was patient on the phone & prompt response on when the medication would be ready -- thorough with her explanation and just overall what you'd expect a good pharmacy should be. Highly recommend!!
