I called twice today because my mom is out of the country and need to change her appointment. Whomever the 2 ladies who picked up early need to be trained. They don't know what customer service and it seems like they hate their job. I believe they should get trained how to pick up calls and not just rush the person off the phone
One of the worst receptionist i have seen. Ask operator to call back, never called. I kept dialing, someone picked up, i could hear the background noise but not answering.
