Dr. Kass was my doctor for sleep apnea for about 6 months. For about 5 1/2 months of the 6 months I had a bipap sleep apnea machine. From the 1st night I slept with the machine till the last night I had extremely bad rib pain that was felt throughout my rib cage (back, front, and sides). The pain woke me up multiple times a night and by the time acetaminophen and naproxen finally seemed to get the pain under enough control that I could move in a functional manner, it was time to go to bed and do it all over again. He ignored me and disregarded what I was going through. I can't say he was ever there for me, he never answered my messages, he sent a couple of prescriptions for other people to do stuff, but other than that nothing.
