The worst Dr. I have ever went to. He was not there to help his patients. The wait time is horrible, he has one person running the office, his answering service is useless. After my two hours in the office his suggestion was for me to join support groups. When I needed medication for my severe COPD and paperwork for my disability for work which he refused his take is to get fired therefore you wouldn't be around second hand smoke. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTORS OFFICE. His personal appearance was also not professional this Doctor should retire. I thought Doctors are suppose to be there to help and assist the patients not to let the patient leave his office extremely unsatisfied.

Dr. Gup was efficient, timely, gentle and caring. He reviewed my medical history with me, my current medications and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my examination. The appointment was thorough and not rushed. We discussed various options for treatment, making me feel heard and satisfied that there was a positive plan of action in place. Fortunate to be under Dr. Gup's care and would recommend his practice without question.

I didn't even make it go see the doctor. His assistant/MA/ or whatever she does was enough for me to never want to be a patient there. She was so rude I had to leave. I went to the office on Friday to a PCP that they share office with. That dr said you need a pulmonary doctor let's see if you can make an appointment with Dr. Gup office. I said ok no problem. Waited for the lady because she was on a call. Told me to sit and wait and I said no problem, in NO RUSH. She started talking to me in between the work she was doing asking me questions and I would answer. Told me to hold on while speaking because she was overwhelmed with trying to finish work before she left for the day. I heard her on the ph and and was so rude to patients and I should have left then but I stayed. Continued waiting a

Dr Gup was friendly, professional, on time and took his time with my questions. Patty at the front desk went above and beyond in being kind, thorough and helpful. I was very happy with my experience.

Extremely but Extremely bad service ,went with a really bad case of sleep apnea months ago ,still no machine because of slow service from this Doctor, stay away 😢
