When you need to recover your best option is Nate. Personal experience kind listens and pushes you to achieve the goals you need to recover. When things are hurting as you heal and change Nate understanding of the body and what’s causing the issues helps release the stress and strain while building motion and strength to get you back to normal or better. My shoulder was a torn labrum, torn rotator cuff, and a disconnected bicep. This is a long recovery but with Nate I am able to get back to my life. What a great person and therapist. My family has been coming here for or needs for years and you can not find any better

I've seen Nate for everything, from neck & back pain, shoulder & wrist injuries, and strength training specifically for golf. I don't feel like just another patient with him, but he takes his time to make sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed. He also will build me my own workout & recovery plan. Dry needling has been super helpful, too! Highly recommend!

I’ve had horrible hip pain for over a year. I went to my orthopedic doctor and he said I had bursitis and needed PT. I honestly didn’t think much of it because I had done PT somewhere else previously for hips 3x/week and had temporary relief. After one session with Nate he did needling and stretching and I have had no pain and I mean zero pain for over 5 weeks! That’s just from one session! I had another session recently and still have no pain. I don’t know what those needles do but they WORK! Nate is the BEST.

I just completed my PT with Nate for a reverse shoulder replacement. He is very knowledgeable and encouraging. I would highly recommend receiving PT here.

I have been seeing Nate for several months to increase my flexibility, joint range of motion, and muscle strength. I developed a muscle pain in my hip. I mentioned this to Nate and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He used a dry needling procedure which almost immediately relieved the discomfort . He also created an exercise plan to help strengthen the affected muscles. Nate is very knowledgeable and skilled. Would definitely recommend
