Roman Isaac, MD/Jeffrey K Miller, MD - Hand Surgeon

Jeffrey Miller is an exceptional orthopedist. In a medical world of 9 minute sessions with a doc looking at a computer screen much of the time, Jeffrey Miller is a rarity, a physician who actually spends time with his patients and explains their injuries and treatments carefully to them, making sure they understand. This guy is not in it for the money; he's the real deal, a caring physician, who puts his patients first. He's also an excellent diagnostician. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His staff is warm and caring. Where do you find that anymore?

Dr. Miller was gentle, helpful and knowledgeable. SADLY his staff was NOT. Barbara especially who on several occasions over their missing an appointment of mine and another call that should have been simple for a Orange Theory Fitness membership hold (I cant use my wrist to do push ups or burpies or hold weights above my head yet) turned ugly when it should have been really simple. There are many options in hand surgeons (especially when he was out of network for me) and no one should have to deal with office staff like this. They put me in a bad position more than once and I am now looking elsewhere for service which is putting me out again. Avoid the unnecessary exercise and go elsewhere is my advice to anyone considering Dr. Miller. Life is too short!

I have been going to Dr. Miller for the past 7 years for various issues and will never see a different hand doc in NJ! In my many doctor visits with him, he always took the time to carefully explain what was wrong and what he suggested we do. When I had questions or concerns, he answered them patiently. Most importantly, when I needed surgery for Carpal Tunnel (which is a nightmare!), he did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Terribly long wait for nothing. Went to Morristown office as receptionist told me I would "have a long wait" at his Union office which is near my home. So made the trip thinking it would be a timely appt. Nurse saw me 10 minutes past my scheduled time, and said Dr. would be right with me. Sat in that room for 45 minutes. Got up and asked nurse when I'd be seen. She said he had one more person to see before me. I told her I had to go and left. Don't believe the reviews. This guy does not respect people's time.

Highly recommend. Had hand surgery on both hands and his treatment and care were the very best. Very personable as well, including his staff. Two thumbs Up!
