My experience with Dr. Nowacki and his office staff has been exceptional, with thoughtful care, clear communication, and a level of kindness that truly sets them apart. The doctor took the time to look at the whole picture, not just isolated symptoms. Dr. Nowacki spent adequate time reviewing my MRI images with me, explained everything clearly, and encouraged my questions without rushing me. He offered me options and took the time to explain each one, which made me feel informed, respected, and confident in my care. His staff were wonderful—handling my pre-authorization in record-time and setting me up for physical therapy seamlessly. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Nowacki. I came to him with a complaint of upper back pain. He was patient and I felt heard and listened to. He, unlike a lot of medical professionals, went through the steps of getting me through to getting an MRI. In that MRI, a large mass was found on my thyroid and I’ve now been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Without his thorough care, this is something that never would’ve been discovered and I feel grateful that he listened to me and was diligent in his care.
