I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alissa Roman and the entire staff here. I had been neglecting my dental care and an emergency brought me here and I’m so glad it did. Dr. Roman and Abi made me sooo comfortable during my appointment. I went there feeling pretty embarrassed and Dr. Roman assured me that we’re going to get back on track, she didn’t make me feel bad at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Roman to anyone who needs a dentist. Thank you Dr. Alissa Roman and staff, I am so happy I found you.

Doctor Roman is such a great dentist and goes above and beyond to care for your needs. His office and staff members are excellent. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a doctor who cares for not only your teeth but your well-being.

Every time I come to Roman Dental’s office, I feel so welcomed by the staff. The waiting time is so minimal and I am taken care of within a few minutes. The staff are personable, professional, and very helpful in explaining any questions you have with regards to treatment plans, procedures, and other issues related to dental care. My entire family comes to Roman Dental because of the great care we receive. My teeth love this place!

If you want a dentist you actually cares about their patients then I would look elsewhere. They pressure their patients to come in when they are sick and then shame them when they don’t. I have been a patient here for over ten years and had to cancel an appointment because I had the flu. Not only did the receptionist try and get me to come in anyway, which as a medical practice is horrible enough, they sent a passive aggressive letter afterward trying to shame me for not coming in and telling me if it happens again I’m going to be charged. Then when I called to tell them I found the way they handled the situation was unprofessional and that I wouldn’t be going to them anymore the receptionist LAUGHED. After almost 30 years I had to find a new dentist and was honestly stressed & overwhelmed by the task. So much so that I delayed and procrastinated to the point of neglecting my oral health. A family member faced with the same task recommended Roman Dental and today was my first visit! I have to say first that I NEVER leave reviews! With that said I can’t say enough! Sophia the dental hygienist was so sweet but above all gentle! I am the worst dental patient and have terrible anxiety over dental work including cleanings and she was amazing! She started my visit with a full tour of the facility which was really nice and super welcoming! The Dentist herself could not have been nicer!!! And the front desk staff were ALL SUPER FRIENDLY & KIND!! You don’t get a second chance to make a first
