Rogers Pharmacy

Took my Rx to get filled after an ER visit. Promptly told they don’t have enough in stock and couldn’t fulfill my order. I said “that’s okay, can you order it and give me a call when it’s ready” to which the cashier looked over, received a head non and told me “No!” I received no reason why, no explanation, just simply, nope! Waste of time and a what a terrible customer experience. You need to do better! Needless to say, I won’t ever be using Roger’s as my pharmacy ever again. 👎👎👎

I have gone to the Roger’s Laurent location for years, and I am always impressed with both their friendliness and helpfulness. It only took Pam a few visits to know my name and that personal attention is something you won’t find in a big box pharmacy.

When you move to Victoria, you’ll find that certain locally-owned businesses are just about as great as they can be, while others are about as awful as they can possibly be - some of my other reviews deal with this problem. Rogers Pharmacy is simply fantastic, it’s one of the best pharmacies my girlfriend and I have ever used! While filling your order, they are very communicative. Also, shout out to the super-competent Meredith, for going out of her way to get every bit of knowledge she needed to be able to answer our questions! As for Rogers, what should ideally push them toward a six-star review, I think, is that they offer free delivery to your door, I suppose assuming that you are within Victoria.

Up until just a few days ago, I would have given this pharmacy a five star rating. But just the other day they treated me differently while I was picking up a certain medication. I’m 39 today. I am just sick of people assuming or treating me like I abuse my meds or think that I’m just trying to get high off them. I just want respect when I pick up any of my meds no matter what kind they are.

If I could give less than one star, I would. By far the worst customer service I have ever received from any pharmacy. I transferred my prescription after being told over the phone by someone at Rodgers that they would match the price of CVS. When my wife went to pick up my prescription they charged her triple what CVS would charge. When I got off work, I went directly to Rogers to speak with the pharmacist About the charge he proceeded to tell me you can’t tell me who told you this, so I would suggest you go back to CVS from now on. This is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, unwelcoming pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I would suggest using any other pharmacy besides Rodgers in the future as for me and my family we will never use Rogers pharmacy again. This incident happened Septembe
