I’ve never had a bad experience with Dr. Coleman until today, but this visit was completely unacceptable. I had a 10:00 AM appointment for all three of my children. We arrived around 9:40 AM, and after about 10 minutes in the waiting area, they were called to the back. My youngest child finished and came out after approximately 30 minutes. However, my oldest didn’t come out until 12:50 PM—nearly three hours later. During this time, the front desk repeatedly told me they were “coming soon.” She was very nice and professional. My son only received a basic cleaning, yet he remained in the back for two hours. My daughter had a cleaning and one filling, which should not have required this extensive wait. Dr Coleman extracted the wrong tooth during a procedure on my 5 year old without my consent and has done nothing but apologized . Would absolutely NOT recommend to anyone with kids . Dr. Coleman is very unprofessional with both children and adults and has no bedside manners .

Dr. Coleman was the absolute best. He was very patient with my son as it was his first time having fillings done. He was very informative and gave me alot of tips and advice on how to care for his teeth to prevent any other cavities. I've worked in thr dental field for over 20 years and the suggestions he offered were the 1st I'd ever heard of and made perfect sense. We were seen on time. The entire dental team was pleasant, helpful and very nice. They were attentive to both my son and myself. I would recommend everyone with young children that need dental work to take a trip to Vicksburg to see Dr. Coleman and his team.

Dr. Coleman bedside manners are TERRIBLE. Told my 5year old son he was the worse patient he seen that day because he cried. Also , his attitude changed towards me when he found out my child had multiple insurances & his father is a police officer!! Wouldn’t recommend him to treat a stray animal off the street. By far the worst dental experience EVER!!!

My husband and I specifically came to the facility and asked them if they accepted our insurance. They said they did so we scheduled appointments for our kids. 9 months after the first appointment, we get a bill for $900 and they suddenly tell us that they are out of network and that we are over 90 days past due on a balance. We had never gotten a single bill from them. I asked the woman at the desk while they lied and she blamed it on another girl that I don't see there anymore. I asked why would they let an account age for 9 months and was just told they don't have people that handle their accounts. Great doctor, horribly run practice.
