This pharmacy is AMAZING! I have in the past used larger chains and just always felt the personal touch was lacking. I decided to give Rocky Point Pavilion Pharmacy a try and I have been blown away by their level of service. All of the ladies are so sweet and genuine. BEST PHARMACY AROUND!

Rocky Point is a great pharmacy. The girls there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have Spanish speaking staff around the clock which is great for those who don't speak English or don't speak it well. I know my parents personally love that they can have someone speak to them in a language they can fully understand.

Went there today to pick up a box of needles for my mother, for her cat. The cat has to have insulin shots twice a day with a small needle. We didn’t know exactly what size needle it was, so we showed them the prescription for the needles and just told them it was to give a cat it’s insulin shot. They ended up being much too big. The box was $22. We took it back and asked if they had a smaller size, they didn’t, which is fine. We asked for our money back, but they told us they could not give it back because the box and one bag was opened. However, they sell the bags individually as well. So I asked if they could give me the money back for the remainder of the unopened bags and I would just pay for the bag we opened, but they refused that as well. Now we have a box of 100 insulin needles th
