My family has been coming to see Dr. Allen and his Merry Staff for many years. My family’s ages range from 9 to 80, and I have never had a better experience with a dental office than at Gentle Dental. The front office personnel are helpful, proactive, and go out of their way to make everything run smoothly. The staff are experienced and knowledgeable, friendly and a delight to be around. Dr. Allen himself is a hoot, as well as being the most accomplished dentist/orthodontist I’ve encountered. I always receive prompt, professional and personalized service from Gentle Dental and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

Gentle Dental has been my dentist for over 30 years! They care about me as a person and treat me like family. One example of this is walking in and seeing the faces of their patients on newspaper clippings they have posted on the bulletin board :) Staff retention is incredible, there are people still there that knew me as a kid. They are trusted advisors when decisions need to be made about dental work. They are always kind and helpful and provide quality care. Now that I am adult, my entire family use them. My kids feel at home there and all has come full circle. Highly recommend if you are looking for a provider that cares about people and you can trust.

Came in for a cleaning. I’m a typical case of taking forever between them, and any dentist I’ve been to in the past 20 years uses that as an upsell opportunity for root planing. I came in expecting that, but Molly, Natty, and Dr. Taylor were able to square it all off without going that route, saying that will save me some insurance for other work I need. I appreciate them for doing that. Also, my wife had plans that came up last minute and I didn’t want to cancel. She ended up dropping them off for the last 20 minutes or so and they were great about it. I’d have been annoyed if that happened to me. Great team here!
