I normally love this place and the people that work here they are extremely accommodating and excellent customer service. Until today. Somebody was working for them in their absence and was the most incompetent person that I’ve come across in a while. The first thing that he did was pick up the phone when I called but not answer it to the extent that I had to keep saying hello hello hello and then he finally picked up the phone and responded. I had to explain everything in detail as to what I was doing because he was not the normal person which was bad enough, and I wanted him to bill it to my card as I always do and then I would call when I’m out in the back. They are so accommodating that they will bring the prescription out to the back due to the horrendous parking situation there for w

The most charming store I have been to in ages!! The staff was friendly, personable and helpful. My prescription was filled extremely fast.

This isn't your typical pharmacy they are more of a Boutique Pharmacy (for the reviews that say they don't have any pharmacy items or no one was there). When first walking in, it's a little confusing as you see more "cutesy" items for sale that you would normally see in a down town Boutique but they do have the essentials normal pharmacies do. Also, if you don't see them immediately, just hang tight an browse around to distract yourself (if you must🙄) . Since this is a small shop, you'll rarely find more than 2 workers (it's usually just the pharmacist on), so give them a break an relax. It's the only pharmacy who ALWAYS has my medication without fail or headache, however, since they don't take any type of discount cards like goodrx or the one my doctor gives me, I have to find a new pharm
