This is such a nice little local small pharmacy. They usually remember my name whenever I come to get my prescriptions. They have a wonderful selection of products as well.

Small town feel. Good prices also served by friendly faces. There is a reason I don't go to the big corporate drugs stores right down the road. Keep up the great work!

I dropped a script off for a nebulizer well over a month ago here & they told me they’d call me when they worked on it. I haven’t heard anything from them in again well over a month so I stopped in today and asked for an update. I was told it got denied . So why wasn’t I called with this information? I have asthma and it seems no one is taking this serious. I should’ve been called the moment it got denied and offered some sort of solution it’s been OVER a month playing the waiting game. But again no one seems to care. I asked for the script back as well and of course they said that wasn’t possible and that if I took it somewhere else I still wouldn’t be able to get the nebulizer, even if this is true I could’ve tried . I began my relationship with Rockville Pharmacy in 2020. It was just before the Pandemic hit and we got locked down. I needed a Pharmacy that would deliver without any complications, I needed a Pharmacy that was efficient, and I needed a Pharmacy that was willing to work with me. That was when I lived in Rockville. Now, I live in Manchester. I get the same type of service from them. I appreciate Rockville Pharmacy for always looking out for my best interests. They even call and remind me when I need a prescription refilled. It's the best Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Thank you for prompt delivery service and excellent customer service and care. I recommend them highly.

They lie about delivering medicine. Multiple times I have been told someone has come and called me and there was no answer so they left. I look in my phone log and no one called. I ask them to check the drivers phone log, and they say oh he's good. They also hold up prescriptions and lie about it. When confronted, they get mad and lie Rockville pharmacy you suck
