Today was my first visit and I was impressed. Dr. Wasserman was thorough, very knowledgeable and explained my hearing situation comprehensively. He was patient, friendly and answered all my questions. I have had one-sided hearing loss for 50 years and I learned more in a single visit than I have previously, After we discussed the pros & cons of various solutions, together we decided on the hearing aid for my particular hearing loss. Highly recommended.

Had my first ever comprehensive hearing exam. They were extremely knowledgeable and took great care in explaining everything that we were doing during the test and then after the test going over the results. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a new doctor, Dr Wasserman is the guy!!! Amanda at the front desk was able to get me a same day appointment because they had a cancellation! She is amazing and was able to look up my insurance before I got there which made my visit supper efficient!!!

Dr Wassermann was professional, caring, patient, with his set up for hearing examination today which was my first for hearing loss. The conclusion of the exam merits hearing aids and the selection matches my hearing defect which will be monitored with new device next Friday. Sound Advice is a really good audio center. Dr. Charley is cordial and well informed regarding current audio technology, insurance coverage and the wide array of hearing aids available. The audiologist put me at ease from the begining. He told me what and how the exam would proceed. He gave me precise instructions throughout. When we finished, he gave me consice results. Very enjoyable experience.
