Awesome pet vet services! Its very courteous and diligent staff got us through the process to obtain an international travel health certificate. From the initial contact, appointment setup and paperwork filing, through the check up itself and thoroughly taking care of all the details within the proper time window prior to the trip, it all went SO smoothly. We contacted them Sept 24th, made the appointment for Oct 28, got the certificate in the mail on Oct 30, and will travel Nov 5. The cost? it all depends on where you are traveling, as the health requirements vary, we didn't really need any extra testing but just a confirmation all his vax, microchip, etc. were current. The cost also includes standard USDA fees, so the original estimate of $400-$500 for a 15 lbs. 2y/o dog traveling to Spa

I had an incredible experience with this clinic! The entire staff was so helpful, friendly, and genuinely kind from the moment we walked in. The Doctor was amazing—she took the time to explain everything thoroughly regarding the vaccines and tests, which I truly appreciated. The veterinary assistant was also very helpful throughout the visit. I highly recommend this team to any pet owner!

Dr. Sarter was amazing! I have never been happier with the care my fur baby received. The entire staff and the techs were outstanding—so caring, patient, and attentive. Everyone took their time with Giuseppe and made sure I felt heard and supported throughout the visit. I truly felt that my dog’s exam was done with intentional time, compassion, and genuine care. I couldn’t ask for a better veterinary team!

Update on review- I called asking for an estimate on a spay and neuter. They initially told me I would need to come in for a consultation. I told them I didn’t have a car and due to the snow it was too cold to travel and was just hoping for a range in price. The lady on the phone told me to weigh my kitten and call back with the weight so she could give me an estimate. I BOUGHT A WHOLE SCALE THAT I DID’NT WANT OR NEED TO WEIGH MY KITTEN. Life isnt cheap, I would not buy a scale on my own. After buying this scale and calling back, they told me no I would need to just come in. Now I have a scale that I bought because I was told they would give me a rough estimate if I weighed my kitten. Thanks a lot.

I am very grateful for all of the support me and Daisy are getting over the past two years. Despite her rare and complicated multiple conditions, she is feeling good again and so am I. The doctors and the staff all work together for one single goal, to treat their patients. The front desk is very responsive friendly and patient. Dr Weinstick and Dr Rogiero are amazing, knowledgeable, gentle and patient (I have a cat). Unfortunately I have never met the third doctor, but his knowledge has been mentioned during out multiple visits. Thank you, for all that you do, it matters
