Rock Road Animal Hospital

I was recommended this vet on Dec 2024 when I adopted my cat from SAPA. I have been going back and forth hoping my cat's ear issues would resolve. On christmas eve 2024 I called them 2 hours prior to them closing emergency that my cat had a high fever and one eye was closed shut. They told me they had no room to see her and recommended me to go to Webster Animal hospital urgent care. She was attended with medication, and erythromycin eye cream for the eye infection and admitted to the hospital. I followed up with Rock Road animal hospital with Dr. Cays after my cat was released. I continued with Rock Road until just now. On Friday my cat fell ill again with some virus and Dr. Bednar ,the Owner, said they would give her injections and that they were out of the eye cream on Friday. I ment

I could not be happier that I found this team when I moved here! They are all so amazing, friendly and I can tell they truly care about all my pets! And their prices are not high at all! Very trustworthy people! Extremely happy that they’re a part of my furry family!

I have been using this place for many years. When my dog and I pull up, my dog starts whining because he wants to go inside I had 2 older dogs that I unfortunately had to have put down and these people were wonderful in providing that service. They truly care about our Furmily members.

We've been taking our dogs to this vet for 10 years. They've had checkups, emergency visits, and surgeries. The doctors always take plenty of time to talk to me about their health. My beagle just went in for emergency surgery last week and they got her in immediately and everything went smoothly. This was her 2nd surgery there. Carrie has been amazing, going above and beyond to answer all my questions no matter how trivial they seem. We've had nothing but positive experiences!

Took my pup Sirius here this morning for his first visit. They were able to get me in on short notice which was great! Friendly staff and nice clean office! Very transparent with cost for vaccines and not pushy at all.
