A Heartfelt Moment of Gratitude Over the course of my recent three-day stay, I experienced something that far exceeded my expectations—genuine compassion, excellence, and humanity in one of life’s more vulnerable moments. Hospitals often receive criticism, but my experience was, quite honestly, a gift during a time I truly needed care, both physically and emotionally. From the moment we arrived at the ER, every interaction reflected professionalism and kindness—from the team members who carefully transported me in a wheelchair, to those who ensured my room remained clean and comfortable. Im so glad your closing. Yay!!!! Went last week with an infant with 103.5 fever and you practically threw us out. I had to beg for test, beg for my child to be looked at. All you wanted to do was give my child a shot and throw him out. Just to be clear, I asked for covid, flu and strep test. Then begged and I mean begged the doctor to look in my child's ears. Told us he looked already and he didn't. Came in, took two seconds worth of looking and said he was fine. Nope 🙅‍♀️ he was not fine. Double ear infections and stomach flu which he is still sick from. After we left and told someone about the horrible service and followed up with a peds doctor the next day (had told us that night to take him to the er which is why we went) to confirm what was really wrong. I went to Rock Hospital ER because I’ve had multiple surgeries there and have had no complaints with Drs or Nurses. So I tried the Rock ER. BIG MISTAKE. The intake lady was so very nice and helpful. Then the nurse came for me I asked her for her name and she ignored me. She finally got the Dr. His name is Dr Tran. He was the worst. I asked him for a blanket I was freezing. No nurse to ask. He said cold or warm I said warm please. He comes back with two and from the hallway threw them to me. Then my husband was in the room and the Dr insisted I had diabetes when I don’t he just wouldn’t stop. I then told him my husband has diabetes so his reply was oh I can smell the ketones. If I ever have to go again and he’s the Dr I will leave

ONLY GIVING ONE STAR SO I CAN LEAVE A REVIEW!! On Saturday my son spiked 105.1 temp and was hallucinating, couldn’t walk, and was in and out of consciousness. I rushed him in to Rock Regional Hospital. When we arrived the doctor informed me he was most concerned about bringing down his temperature. I was fine with that. He stated we would get his temperature under control and then figure out what was causing it. They gave him oral Tylenol which he threw right back up, they then gave him a Tylenol suppository. The whole time this is happening he is unable to even tell me his brother and sister’s names and doesn’t recognize me. We were there for 3 hours while they waited for the Tylenol to kick in. NO testing was done. No blood work, no urine analysis, no scans, NOTHING. His fever finally ca

I went here because I was passing bloody diarrhea and feeling weak and in pain. The nurses were great they could see I was not doing well my views were extremely hard to get and my blood was so concentrated from the dehydration I experienced. I tried to inform them that I've had these flare ups for years and I only come in if I actually can't ride it out at home. The doctor Nuygyn? Said that I don't have flare ups and that I was fine. He handed me my blood work papers and it showed that I really was not fine. I've been put off from hospitals and have been trying to ride this out at home since I have a specialist appointment on the 16th. I'm very sick at home but at least I feel better cared for here.
