The dentist was incredibly kind and treated me effectively and quickly. I needed to bring my baby to the appt because I didnt secure childcare. All the staff was so friendly and playful while I received my treatment. Would highly recommend this dental office

I had a great experience at Rock Hill Dentistry. I had an emergency situation with a tooth. I called and they told me to come over and they would work me in. When I arrived, my time was less than five minutes. Dr. Cooney took care of my tooth issue promptly with no pain or discomfort. It’s so nice to deal with people who are professional and care about their patients. Thank you Dr. Cooney and your staff.

So... Apparently they have crazy fast turn over on their team, because the dentist I was coming on here to review isn't even there anymore. Which is a red flag. Especially because they've gone through over three dentists since I first saw them a couple years ago. After my last experience here though, I vowed to never return, and I won't, no matter if the newer team members are better. When I first went here, I saw one lovely dentist once, and then he left. I had a clean bill of health then and I have a very comprehensive oral hygiene routine, so my teeth are very nice anyway. The next time I returned I saw a new dentist who said I had three 'things' that needed fillings immediately and would cost me $1,000 per filling. I would not recommend this place if you wish for a shred of customer service. They closed their office temporarily. Didn’t inform their patients. After I should up for my first appointment and no one was there they rescheduled me for a later date when they expected to be open. Still weren’t open by the second appointment and still didn’t inform me that time either. Not even horrible customer service as it simply just doesn’t exist at this place.

You won’t dread going to the dentist with Dr. Cooney . His witty personality will put you at ease as well as his efficient dental skills . Win win !
