Dr. Cha is a GENIUS of a dentist, and SO kind and caring. There were 2 VERY bizarre reviews of his practice, giving one star. That seems VERY fishy to me, and Dr. Cha's reponses were PERFECT. My husband and I love it there and the staff is AMAZING. Pay no attention to the "negative" nonsense, and, NO, they will NOT be "... loosing many clients." In fact, I just recommended him on a Local Moms page on FB. Every time I do that, I get a lot of "thumbs up" and "I agree" kinds of responses.

I’ve been going to Rock Dental for years and can’t recommend them highly enough. The entire team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Cha takes the time to explain everything clearly, and I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. I recently experienced a situation where a crown on one of my molars, originally placed through insurance, broke and came off. Since it had not yet reached the five-year mark, I was told insurance would not cover the replacement. However, Dr. Cha graciously went out of his way to provide me with a very reasonable solution, and even arranged the payment in a way that accommodated my circumstances. For this, I am truly grateful. Dr. Cha and his entire staff are consistently kind, attentive, and thoroughly professional. The office itself is spotless, modern, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. In my opinion, this may very well be the finest dental practice in all of Long Island, New York.
