This provider is listed on the Delta dental site as a recommended provider. Their profile on the Delta site say "accepting new patients" I called to see about making an appointment and the confirmed they were taking new patients UNTIL I said I had Delta. Then they are no longer accepting Delta patients until January. (6 months away) After speaking with a supervisor at Delta they informed me that this goes against the agreement dentists make with Delta and that a grievance needs to filed. Sounds to me like a money grab. They signed up with Delta in odere to get referrals but only take cash if you have Delta insurance. If they are dishonest in this area, can they be trusted?

The office is clean, and the entire staff is very friendly.I was a returning patient.I needed a slight adjustment and requested a cleaning. I only have two implants. I am a cash customer. I was charged $195.00. I was seeing other dentists that charged $50.00 for the cleaning. Then I requested a adjustment to my denture. A return visit was needed as the bite wasn’t correct I suffer from thrush. A simple anti fungal was needed. She needed to speak to my primary care physician. I never received the medication needed to relive the thrush symptoms. I won’t be returning anytime soon. After writing this review I doubt if they would be willing to treat for a emergency. No treatment I had performed could have possible risen to such a complete over charge. I am considering requesting a partial

Dr Call was absolutely fantastic! I have terrible anxiety when it comes to a lot of things and she was very sweet and patience with me. We took small little rests in between cleaning my teeth if I needed them. (I also have very sensitive teeth and gums.) I would recommend her a million times over!

Another money grabbing dentist. 0 customer service or accountabilty. Second cleaning there basically had my crown ripped out and was forced to pay to have it replaced. Won’t see me there again!
