Great and prompt service. Very friendly staff. No need to mention my name at the counter when picking up medications. Great feeling. My mom was having the severe constipation after changing her blood pressure medication. Lots of OTC and Lactose did not work. John recommended 2 natural products, and it has the great efficacy. Robinson’s may be fine for regular prescriptions but NOT good for compounded pharmacy needs! I called in my refill and was told it wouldn’t be ready for at least a week. The previous refill took two days (very inconsistent). Then I received numerous texts saying the script was ready. My husband picked up the script which was $70. I opened the bottle to find 10 pills (1/3) of the ordered amount. Had we known we were getting a partial refills after waiting over a week, we would have only paid for what we received. Then I was told they would contact us when the remainder was ready for pick up. Another week went by and no word. During this time the patient became very ill and unfortunately passed. I called the pharmacy and spoke to a young worker and asked to cancel the order due to our loss.

Ten plus years I used them, until I switched to a big box chain because it was closer.. The big box pharmacist made a dangerous mistake with one of my prescriptions. This never would have happened here. The employees are on top of everything, and if you need quality care where you aren’t just a number, come here. It’s worth the extra time in the car.

Robinson’s is a top notch local pharmacy with exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable pharmacists. Scott, Jillian, and John care about their patients. I highly recommend Robinson’s, and feel all their pharmacists and pharmacy team are quality people. Update: My husband and I had a negative experience with one of his pharmacists on January 25. We felt this pharmacist was being dishonest. I was also made to feel ashamed about one of my medications. As a result, I posted a negative review. I received a phone call from the owner, Dr. John Kim, 2 days later. At first he calmly and respectfully defended his colleague. I was one hundred percent fine with everything he said because of his civil tone. His tone and demeanor completely changed when he brought up the negative review. He became angry

I have had two consultations with Dr. John Kim and found him to be excellent! He has the ability to take complicated medical information and drill it down into language that is easy for us "lay people" to understand.
