My mom was at another facility that was subpar for even my worst enemy, I reached out to Mackele of administration, I was in dire need of help because my mom was in bad shape and he helped facilitate the transfer from one facility to his, seamlessly, unfortunately the other facility that she was staying in originally was not helpful accused my good friend of snatching patients, which was not the case. Holly Manor was clean decent. The staff was on top of everything .I could walk over and ask questions for them to gladly answer with no attitude. She is well received while taking care of amazingly, staff keeping me informed of new situations or easily contacted me To have more discussions about more care or less CARE. I am 100% satisfied that my mom is in great hands and I continue to praise

2025 REVIEW - My parents have been at Holly Manor for 2 years and we are blessed to have such a caring team taking care of them. I get calls immediately with any concerns, and they are always making sure my parents are taken care of and happy. My mom is always saying how great she is treated and how nice the staff is. My father has been to Holly Manor for respite care and rehab. The staff is wonderful, capable and willing to be helpful in every way. My dad enjoys his visits there!

The staff is awesome and caring. Colette, Dorette and CC are fantastic aides. I am really sorry I had to leave this wonderful institution.

They are very welcoming people and the staff there is amazing they treat my grandmother so kind and they are very patient with her .I definitely recommend anyone to go with them they are the best .
