I had a great experience here. The receptionist staff was kind and considerate. The waiting room area was clean, if a bit kid themed but cute. My wait to see the doctor was not long at all. I was taken to the exam room where a cheerful intake tech took my vitals and basic history. The doctor was awesome and professional. My issue was minor so he took a swab sample looked at it under the microscope, made his diagnosis and gave me some cream that worked. My visit was quick but not in any way rushed. I did not feel like a cog on the assembly line.

I had what was referred to as a top to toe exam. I was in shock at how little time maybe 2 minutes tops was taken for the exam. Was so taken back as my stomach, underarms, rear end, back of legs and head were never even looked at. After dressing and digesting this brief experience upon passing him in the hall I said, you never checked these things. His response was oh okay well do you want me to??? Not a good experience I left feeling as though I needed to go elsewhere and have the exam repeated. I gave a 1 star because his assistant was pleasant.

I have body checks every 6 months almost, do to pass skin cancer. My body checks at Robinson and Max took maybe 2 minutes. They never look at the back or front of my legs. They never looked at the underside of my arms, armpits or my cheat. They burned 2 things off my face. Those 2 things were never removed for 10-15 years by 2 doctors (plastic surgery who died and a dem that retired) they always said they are nothing. I sent a letter to the doctors to complain. Once I received a bill after my co-op. I called and asked for a reduction. I spoke to a person 1 time. I waited 8 days and called back and left a voice mail (no responses) I left another voice mail 5 days later (no responses). Another 5 days and I called spoke with the same person. She said she never received an answer for me. My

Have been seeing Dr. Robinson for years - mostly for mole checks. He is very thorough and very conservative - he does not mess around with potential pre-cancerous moles. The medical assistants are always helpful. His office is a bit overscheduled at times, so try to get an early morning appointment or possibly early afternoon (e.g. 1:00 PM) after the mid-day break.

Quality no nonsense care.
