Dr. Kim is an exceptionally ethical dentist. He never tried to sell me unnecessary procedures, and I greatly appreciate his professionalism and genuine care. It’s rare to find a dentist with such integrity. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kim has been caring for me, my husband, and our child since 2018, and we couldn’t be happier with his care. He does everything himself — even the cleanings — which is rare these days. He’s incredibly thorough and takes his time, never rushing through an appointment. What really stands out is his honesty. He doesn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary treatments or products; in fact, he often does the opposite by explaining what’s truly needed versus what’s optional. We pay out of pocket, and his prices are very reasonable. The office is always clean and well-organized, and the receptionists have been great overall. I have been going to Dr Kim since around 2000. I absolutely LOVE him. I had to go to someone else for a root canal and that doctor said "whoever has worked on your teeth does beautiful work." I recommended him to pseveral people in my office (including my boss), and everybody loves him. He's good at his craft, sometimes steers you to a more inexpensive route that will work, and he's the first dentist who my husband isn't afraid to go to. He's number one in my book

I had a very frustrating experience at Mr. Kim's office recently. There was an issue with my insurance because they were implanting a new system, and instead of it being an easy change, the receptionist was unhelpful and combative. She yelled at me and would aggressively talk over me, which made the entire experience incredibly stressful. Good customer service is crucial in any practice, especially in healthcare, and I hope Mr. Kim is aware of how poorly this staff member handled the situation. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and frustrated, and I won’t be returning.

Love Dr Kim!! Hes extremely nice and very good at making you feel comfortable. I dont like to go the dentist. I actually LIKE goin to see Dr Kim because I know it isnt going to be that bad. His new receptionist is not really kind.. not at all friendly as the other one was. She was rude ...very unprofessional.
