I know for a fact this it is almost impossible to get through to this office to reschedule an appointment. Lifebridge phone system is the worst ever. Two (2) hour wait to speak to someone on the phone andc it always this way. Horrible service.

Dr Wilson is very thorough. She is a good listener and takes the time to understand what the patient is coming to see her for. She re iterates what you tell her and then explains to you what she thinks. She explains things in a way that you understand. You will leave her office understanding what the plan is and what follow up is necessary. She is an awesome person and great neurologist! I would highly recommend her!

I take my mom too Dr. Wilson for her memory issues. I've been 3 times so far have had very good experiences. Her and her staff member LA Rhonda are always compassionate too my mother and me. They treat my mom like royalty! 👍🏾

My advice is to avoid this doctor. My wife has vascular dementia due to two bouts of sepsis. Long story short, I was not aware of this but Dr Wilson assumed we knew. When I attempted to question her about this she became rude and condescending, relling me that ahe was not going argue with me over this (there was no argument, just shock and questions). She said this in front of my wife who was still seriously ill and was also unaware of this diagnosis but fully aware of what was being said. She tried to apologize and gloss over the incident, but the damage has been done. My wife believes she will die soon, and I am now tasked with reassuring her that this is not the case. Since that visit my insurance will no longer pay for physical therapy and I have done what I can on my own. I am not su

Dr Robin Wilson is the most arrogant, confrontational, sarcastic “physician” that you’d NEVER want to meet. She belittled my health to the point that I began to cry in her office. She showed NO compassion. If you want a physician to listen to your concerns and actually show that they are educated…. Definitely do NOT go to “Dr. Robin Wilson at Sinai dept of Neurology.
