Everyone at this practice was so kind! I broke my retainer and same day they were able to get me in. Dori, the orthodontist who worked on my retainer was very sweet and kind and made me feel comfortable during my experience. very clean and nice office!

I bring my daughter all the way from Wilson, NC to Brier Creek (about an 1hr 15 minute drive) just to see Dr. Kent. After a major change in her braces, Dr. Kent calls personally in the evening(s) just to make sure my daughter is okay! I am bringing all 3 of my kids, as Dr. Kent and his staff are extremely kind, thoughtful, playful, and have always treated my family with the best care. If you could have seen my daughter's teeth before and now they are looking amazing as we closer to the day she gets out of them. I highly highly recommend Dr. Kent and staff for all of your orthodontics needs!

Dr. Foley is awesome! He is committed to making sure you are totally happy with the big investment you are making. He genuinely cares about his patients, and intently listens and fully answers all of your questions or concerns. Everyone at this office is so very welcoming, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to interact with as well. I definitely recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr Kent and recently Dr. Foley since 2015. Both are excellent orthodontists who are very knowledgeable in their field. I cannot recommend highly enough. Their staff is highly professional, courteous and friendly. My scheduled appointments alway start on-time and the staff is quite accomodating with emergency walk in visits. The staff is very responsive to your needs and will go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable during and after your visits. I once recieved a follow-up call from Dr. Foley to check on my status after I had a non-routine procedure. A huge thanks to Dr Kent and his staff! I am already loving my new smile!

Incredible patient care! Staff is always courteous and professional. Dr. Kent is patient and thorough, always friendly. I would recommend Carolina Braces to anyone!! I personally drive from Winston-Salem to see Dr. Kent, and I consider it well worth the nearly 2 hour drive!
