Dr. Whitlock is very friendly and accommodating for those with children. The woman that checked me in and also did the preliminary eye tests was very friendly as well. Very quick process and little to no wait. I will certainly be back.

This is the 3rd year I have entrusted my eye care to Dr. Whitlock. I have had great experiences each time. I appreciate Dr. Whitlock's willingness to explain things in detail. Dr. Whitlock voluntarily wrote two prescriptions because I am undecided about whether I want to move from a Single-Vision Rx to Bifocal. He also has a most pleasant friendly chair-side manor, and his cologne smells really good. 😉

They said they accepted my insurance but then billed Medicare which resulted in me paying for things I never paid for in the past. The Dr was the worst. Her attitude made me believe she did not want to be there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Scheduling the appointment was easy and the exam was quick and timely. I didn't appreciate them running tests without asking first if I wanted them especially when they weren't covered by insurance. To me that's no different then a restaurant providing something extra with my meal that I didn't ask for then up charging. Then we had to play let's make a deal with the price of my contacts and the math wasn't mathing. They quoted me over $200 for a year supply and only $80 for 6 months. They lost my trust on that one. We won't return.

Had a female doctor from Camp Hill store, not the friendliest, but other staff were great and went above and beyond.
