Robert Buist Dental

Dr. Robert Buist is an awesome Dentist. I am 80 years old and have been to many dentist visits and he and his staff are professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. I’m quickly seen and comfortably dental issues are completely gone. Also, his office is affordable (which is a rare commodity).

All it takes is to wrong one patient of 14 years. Buist, is very limited on services mostly cavities, fillings and crowns, but won't do anything else, I didn't mind that as much and would go to specialist's for the advanced dental work. Stopped using him because of that later on. But tried to go back this year 2025, because my Insurance and he was closest, I had hit my insurance cap prior to my return and he double billed me for 2 fillings at $1000.00 for 20 mins of work. Then I went to cancel my cleaning "They wont answer the phone" tried to cancel appointment then get billed $45.00 for a no show. "Did not pay". Best way to lose patients is to wrong one. My advice is if your work is slowing down with needed patients treat the ones you have right and I would recommend that you answer the

Last year was a tough year to get in for dental appointments so I was behind with getting the care I needed for my teeth. I started a new job by the end of the year with insurance kicking in I wanted to get back on track with a reliable Dentist. When I tell ya'll the minute I called in to schedule an appointment with Buist Dental I was able to get seen the next day. The office is very beautiful, comfortable and private. I enjoyed every moment of my first visit. I was filled in with important information. I'm so ready for my next visit.
