I have been going to Dr. Hopps office for years. They have excellent staff from from their doctors, nurses, medical receptionist, and their billing department. I always get treated with respect and feel heard. I had a great experience with the billing department. From the moment I reached out with questions about my billing/coverage, the team was incredibly responsive, professional, and attentive. They took the time to explain my charges clearly and ensured that I understood everything. It's clear that they are committed to providing excellent customer service and I highly recommend them!

I have brought my son into this office for a funky looking mole, the medical assistant and Nurse Practitioner were great! He had a biopsy done with no pain, no anxiety, and an overall fun experience for him. Thank you so much!
