I tried to give 0 stars but the system would not let me! Dr Alexander and his office staff should be ashamed to be calling themselves health professionals. As a patient of Dr. Alexander's who was just hospitalized for RSV, I was prescribed a nebulizer which the local pharmacies cannot find. My wife did the research to locate one from a home healt device company. Dr. Alexander and his office staff could not find time as a pulmonologist's office to phone in a prescription for a nebulizer while I struggle to breathe. I was told that the doctor is too busy..

Doctor Alexander is very thorough but efficient. For years, I take my 90 year old mom there every 3 months. We have never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room, usually they take her right in, which is very much appreciated. He takes time to listen to what has been going on where some other doctors are not so patient with a 90 year patient. He makes adjustments to her dosages or switches her to a different medication if it is necessary based on his very thorough examination. The staff has also been very helpful and efficient, when I call in to get mom's prescriptions moved to a different drug store when she stays with me for a few months through the winter. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I gave this doctors office one star for the receptionist , I believe her name was Sarah. She was phenomenal. Never have I met a doctor who was as unwilling to help a person as Dr. Alexander. He could not wait to have my autistic son out of his office. He could not get his printer to work to offer me another referral so he told my husband the other doctor’s name. He could not even have taken the time to get a piece of paper and a pen and write it down. My son was seen by another doctor who owned this practice and retired. They had his records they knew he was autistic they could have told me when I made the appointment that Dr Alexander did not have the experience or knowledge on how to address me son’s needs. They took the appointment, they took my insurance information but we left that

My husband has been a smoker since he was 11 years old, worked with asbestos and now in his 60's . I trust only Dr Alexander with my husband care. Dr Alexander is extremely thorough. Sends my husband every year for a low CT scan and goes over the results completely and thoroughly with my husband. He cares for the health of his patients and it shows in his practice. The staff very friendly and efficient. Top doctor all the way !!!

Special thanks to Kim in Dr Alexander’s office for stepping up to resolve our month’s long problem with Phillips Respironics and/or Apria! My son had a pending order for over a year for a replacement cpap machine due to a recall. The order got approved and was “ready to ship” almost a year ago, but went in circles for months and months until Kim got involved, did research, made phone calls, talked to the right people and got to the bottom of whatever was holding things up. Thanks to her intervention, the replacement cpap finally showed up about 5 days later! Thanks, Kim, and thanks to Dr. Alexander, for your terrific staff!
