Dr. Schrager, Dr. Miller and Maria clearly go above and beyond for all of their patients which is so appreciated when dealing with pilonidal disease. Dr. Miller is kind, thorough, and so caring, and my cleft lift procedure went so smoothly under his care. Maria was always available to answer any questions, and was such a wonderful resource leading up to my initial appointment and eventually my procedure. This is a wonderful office that truly cares about providing top-notch care to the patients they serve. I am so thankful for this team!

I was referred here by our pediatric surgeon from Westchester after a failed z plasty and reoccurance. Dr. Miller and his warm welcoming staff were kind, efficient, and gave us hope that we could have a successful outcome. Dr. Miller made time over facetime every week to answer my questions, always made time for my family to immediately address any concerns, and because of his methods we have achieved a successful outcome and my son can lead a normal life again. Update! As of February 2026, I am completely healed from the cleft lift procedure and can't say enough good things about PTCNJ! Had a Cleft Lift done here and this was the best medical care I’ve ever received. Very thorough. I was fully recovered by the 4 week mark. Would definitely recommend anyone who has Pilondial to come here and get it taken care of. A+ treatment!
