I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Ronney and his team! They are truly amazing and so great with all my kids. From the moment we walk in, everyone is welcoming, patient, and makes the kids feel comfortable and excited to be there. As a mom, there is nothing better than knowing your children are in caring hands. They take the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure each visit is a positive experience. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist — which says everything! We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful pediatric dentist. Highly recommend Dr. Ronney and his incredible team!

I was already very happy with the care one of my son’s received during a routine exam, but I cannot thank the practice enough for helping my other son during a dental emergency. They stayed past closing time (on a holiday) and were so kind during a very stressful experience. I’m so grateful that they went above and beyond for us.

I took my children here when they were younger and had a positive experience. We recently went back and had an incredibly negative and troubling experience. Dr. Rooney bluntly announced to my 9 year old that he had dental decay from X-rays which led to my child literally rolling up into a ball on the floor from fear. The rest of the ‘examination’ therefore took place on the floor. A plan was sent to me which included a metal crown and preventative measures on his baby teeth that would all necessitate him being put under….at 9…for baby teeth. Dr. Rooney promptly sent the info during the appointment but never actually contacted me to discuss the plan and neither did anyone else from his office. Incredible staff and office from the front desk to the assisting medical staff. Dr. Shapiro was patient and kind and offered us quality time (did not feel rushed) by answering all of our questions. My daughter asked: why are you naming some of my teeth numbers and others letters? Dr. Shapiro kindly answerd "Letters are the baby teeth you still have and numbers are your grown up teeth" Even when we had differing opinions on care planning for my daughter's teeth she was respectful and understanding of my views. They also included my daughter in the care and planning of her dental care by offering choices of toothpastes like Bugglegum, Apple, Orange, and grape. Amazing experience at the dentist once again the staff is so friendly & accomodating. My daughter feels so comfortable with everyone & they make the experience that much better! Would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a dentist. My sister just moved to the area & brought my niece as well.
