I came in on the day of my scheduled appointment and was told that I supposedly did not have a visit today. The Georgian woman at the front desk was completely clueless and disconnected from reality. She had no idea what was going on. I showed her a confirmation SMS from THEIR OWN organization, and her response was that “they don’t send text messages”. Absolute nonsense. She didn’t even try to investigate the issue, because she was clearly more interested in having a loud personal conversation with her relatives on speakerphone than doing her job. I came to this office in severe pain, barely making it there, and they didn’t even bother to call or notify me in advance that the appointment had been canceled. Stop searching! Roadside PT is the place to go for Physical Therapy. I've been to other physical therapy places before, and this one is by far definitely the best one! Dr. Sunday is very professional knowledgeable and caring and has 20+ years of experience. You will get the attention and care you need. Great Location, Clean spacious and warm atmosphere. An amazing team (Fatima) — the therapists are highly educated, skilled, supportive, and constantly challenging their patients. Awesome aides and supporting staff (Nazifa) is very helpful and accommodating.Thank you!

I'm very happy with Roadside Physical Therapy. The staff is excellent and friendly, the office is clean and comfortable, and I have found it very easy to book appointments. Also worth noting, and to their credit, I have never had to wait to be seen. I have not been going for very long, but I'm seeing good results already. I'm happy to recommend them.
