Can't say enough good things about Dr. Shah and his excellent team. I experienced the most stunningly genuine personal touch I've ever seen in healthcare. When Dr. Shah looks you in the eyes and assures you that they're going to treat you like one of their own, he means it. Exceptional medical care and human touch. Highly recommended.

I had my colonoscopy scheduled at Wake Endoscopy Center - Cary. It was a great experience from check-in to check-out. All the staff were so caring. Starting with Tawanda (Front Desk), who checked me in, Laura (Nurse), who prepared me for the procedure, Eric (Anesthesiologist), Tanya (The Tech), and Dr. Shah were amazing. Then Loree (Nurse) checked me out and made sure I was fully awake before leaving. I will definitely recommend this facility, along with all the nurses and Dr. Shah. Thank you for taking care of me.

I recently had two endoscopies within five months of one another, and from start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. Dr. Shah took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, never making me feel rushed, and truly made me feel listened to. My husband just had a colonoscopy with Dr. Shah, and we cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shah, his office team and the care we got from the team and WakeMed Cary. After a referral from our primary care doctor, Raleigh Gastroenterology got us in swiftly, and after that first meeting they quickly got us our appointment at the hospital. They gave us excellent prep directions and called us back right away when we had questions/ Dr. Shah himself is friendly, caring and explained everything to us and made sure we knew we could contact him at any time. And most importantly, he gave my husband exceptional care. Even a routine procedure like a colonoscopy can be scary, and everyone at the practice and the hospital was kind, patient and reassuring. We feel very lucky.

Dr. Shah had an intentional and calm disposition. Honestly probably the best doctor I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The office ran very smoothly. I was struck by that as well - they certainly have there ducks in a row.
