RJN Physical Therapy PLLC

I had a horrible experience today with this practice, and informed the woman on the phone that I would be writing a review online, which she didn't care. I was referred to Physical Therapy by my Neurosurgeon, who thought Physical Therapy might help. This place wasn't too far from home, so I thought I would give them a try. Big mistake! When I called to schedule, I was told that they did not accept my insurance, which they clearly advertise online that they do. She was nasty and disrespectful the entire time, and extremely unprofessional. She raised her voice at me a number of times, it was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. She then took my Insurance information and "Claimed" to put it in a computer software to check eligibility, and when she couldn't find anything, told

I attended this clinic for post-operative physical therapy following rotator cuff surgery. On my very first visit, there was a large dog freely roaming the facility, off the lead, among patients recovering from surgery and around gym equipment such as treadmills and weights. For a clinical environment, this felt completely inappropriate and unsafe. Many patients attending physiotherapy are vulnerable, in pain, and have limited mobility. The presence of an uncontrolled animal in a confined treatment space raises obvious safety, hygiene, and liability concerns. I gave the clinic three sessions in total, hoping the situation might improve, but ultimately decided to discontinue treatment. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.

I couldn’t say anything but great things about RJN. I had torn my Achilles in July had surgery to reattach it and was suggested RJN for therapy because they were close to my house. I got JJ as my therapist and he was fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. He made every visit easy from August when my first visit was until my last visit today February. All the staff was friendly as well. But I can’t thank JJ enough for getting me from not being able to put almost any weight on my left foot to being able to run and jump again without hesitation.

I needed PT after my knee replacement and my doctor recommended RJN Physical Therapy. I was trilled to hear that since I used them back 2005 and they made huge difference then with my knee. I was able to schedule appointments conveniently and I worked with Lynn, Joe, Rick and Cathy, they know how to attend to your needs! The team works great together, the last few weeks I worked with Cathy, she provided encouragement and support to me. They all take the time to explain and demonstrate exercise and make it a positive experience. The space is great, good parking and the staff is professional and friendly. Highly recommend! Lynn is absolutely fantastic! She truly deserves 5 stars!! She is very attentive and concerning. The one star is because of reception (I believe her name is Judy).She clearly doesn’t understand that receptionists are typically the first point of contact and they set the tone for patients/visitors’ experience. Practicing better professionalism and/or customer service skills for all persons alike would be greatly appreciated! It also reflects on the professionalism of the company.
