Customer Reviews
I went to Dr. Rix when I was little as did my son’s father. I adored her as a child and always looked forward to going to the dentist. My son is now a patient and the care he receives is top notch. My son is 4 and he had to have a cavity filled this morning and I sat and watched as they treated him as if he were their own. Dr. Rix explained everything to him that they were doing (in kid terms) which allowed him to trust and know what to expect. Her whole staff is just as amazing as I remember when I was a patient myself. 10/10 recommend. ❤️
When we first started going to this dentist we were very pleased when it was just basic cleanings.... moving forward, my son needed to have a tooth pulled. My son is ADHD and autistic. He doesn't understand the importance of oral care due to his developmental delays. The advice of Dr Rix was that they would papoose him to get the procedure done. I explained that my son is almost as tall as me and if I traumatized him, he would never step back into that office with me again. She didn't seem to care at all. If you have a nuro typically child I guess this office is OK but do not take a special needs child. They have no compassion and what seems to be no training on any special needs children. I asked but not even laughing gas was offered. We have now swapped to a different office and are ver
I highly recommend Dr Weldon. She is always polite, friendly and answers any and all questions my daughter and I have. My daughter (13) has always seen Dr Weldon but some how got scheduled for Dr Rix at her appointment. Dr Rix apparently was having a bad day because she made me and my daughter feel uncomfortable with her attitude. My daughter was in tears by the time she got in the car to leave. I figured she maybe upset about her upcoming dental procedure, but when I asked her what was wrong she said that lady is so hateful mom! I have to agree with her, she was. I have never had a bad experience there but there's a first time for everything...
I took my twin daughters here this morning 11/12/18 and they are amazing! They actually accept Well care which has been hard to find in Rome area. I was expecting to pay out of pocket but nope. The ladies that work here are all smiles and each are very sweet! My daughters loved their experience and so did I! They gave my daughters a tooth brush at the end of the appointment as we were getting ready to leave! This was their first time going to the dentist and it put me at ease knowing how laid back yet professional the environment was! No tears from my girls and they are 2! Very very pleased!!!!
Let me first say I do NOT like leaving bad reviews. I don't think I ever have, but I absolutely will not recommend this office to anyone. I tried to schedule an appointment for cleanings for my children who have been seen in this office since they were a year old. They are now 5 & 7. I was told that it has been two years since their last cleaning and they are now considered new patients. Their office is not accepting new patients at this time- they will not see my children. I looked back & it has NOT been two years since their last appointment so I called back. I was then told the date is not two years, but 1 and a half years for them to be considered "new patients". Then the lady on the phone said its because they are not accepting children with caresource insurance. First, they would no
