Riverview Animal Hospital

We had our first and last appointment here last month. We were new and my dog has very bad anxiety. Dr. Leblanc was very dismissive and made me and my dog feel very unwanted. I understood that my dog wasn't cooperating but instead of trying to ease him or work with us, she just said try a muzzle next time there's nothing we can do. It was like we were bothering her and she just wanted to go home. She also saod "ai see a lot ot pits and yours is the worst Ive seen with anxiety". That statement was unnecessary and made me feel even worse. The vet tech was the sweetest person and could tell I was upset after the appointment. I would come back to see the vet tech but would not come back for the Dr.

Great caring team. Very organized, and very professional. Have been able to squeeze in our precious pup on short notice a few times when he was sick. Cost has been noticeably less than our previous Vet. A+ service

Thank you Dr. Cook & staff for being there in my mom’s cat’s final moments today. This vet office gives very good care, and they are compassionate. I take my own cats here as well and all the vets/staff have always been great.

My dog enjoys coming here. He gets very excited as soon as we hit the parking lot. I've never regularly visited a vet before, but I'm comfortable enough here that I haven't considered shopping around.

I have a 10-year-old pup that has been going to Riverview Animal hospital for the past 6 years now. each visit has been a wonderful experience. The vets are always open for questions. The vet technicians and staff are also very welcoming and helpful as well. They make sure that my dog is comfortable and that I'm comfortable with what they are doing. They also explain things very clearly.
