Riverside Hospital and all their other facilities are very friendly environments. The staff like the nurses, assistants, telephone operators, business office and especially the doctors treated me and treat me as family. They organize your appointments, they send you to your nearest facility. Every test, lab work are organized. You only have to show up. The best sergeants, the best doctors in all areas are not only the best they welcome you as an equal. They respect your opinion. If you don’t like the recommendation they will sit with you and together come up with another plan. They do not pressure you for payments. They take very good care of me and all who seek medical help as FAMILY.

A good medical institution. I and my wife have had many surgeries and procedures done here. Very business like no bull crap. I like that.

Not a very people friendly hospital. I went in with my wife to see the first ultrasound of my first unborn child and because of COVID there can’t be any visitors. I’m not a visitor, I’m the Father of this child and should definitely have been able to see this ultrasound. Not to mention me and my wife both serve and protect this country in the United States military. And to top it off the lady at the front taking temperatures laughed at me has I walked out not being able to be there again, for my first unborn child’s ultrasound. I would definitely reconsider finding a different hospital that respects people more and can understand the pain they cause by the lack of their compassion.
